I'm so thankful for all the staff at Valley Falls. They treat my grandmother amazing. Last night they had a wonderful family Christmas dinner that we really enjoyed. Thank you for all you do for our Grandmother.

My Mom was in this facility for close to 2 months. I can't say enough good things about the nurses and ESPECIALLY the CNAs. My Mama received excellent care , the CNAs were patient and supportive. They always took time to give her everything she needed. The bed was always clean and she was always cleaned.
I have to point out that my sister may have drove the staff crazy with questions and request but they didn't fell us nor did they show anything but love towards us and Mom. God bless every soul that played apart in our stay there and the PT she received.

Valley Falls terrace and their staff have been great to my step father in law. The staff is friendly and welcoming at all times. Gina McCullough, their business manager, has been amazing. She has helped us navigate waters we had never been through, giving us clear direction and help. We know it was because of her and her knowledge that everything has gone as smoothly as possible.

My dad was a resident at Valley Falls Terrace for about 2 weeks. He received excellent care . The staff cares about the residents and everyone is kind and smiling . All my questions were answered and my dad's need were met . He is now stronger and was able to return to his normal routine after discharge . Thank you all for the amazing care shown to my dad !!

Valley Falls Terrace goes above and beyond and exceeds all of your family needs. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. My family absolutely adores Lacey the ED. She helped answer all of our questions and made sure we had no concerns or problems.
